DIY: Get Longer Stronger Thicker Hair

I know this photo of me is edited but I couldn’t find any picture of me showing all my hair. So yea, this is pretty much how long and thick my hair is now and this was taken like 3 weeks ago. This is all my personal experience. I am also going to mention some products that helped my hair grow Longer, Stronger and Thicker.

  • For Fine Hair: I really recommend castor oil. This oil THICK and it will definitely make your hair thick too. It did to mine. So apply this oil at least once a week and you will notice the result in about 4-5 weeks. Before you apply this oil, warm it up in the oven to make it more effective.

  • For Weak Hair: I recommend using products of Kerastase. Recently I bought on of their products called Forcintense and it really worked on my hair. My hair felt stronger and now when I brush my hair, it wont fall off. And it worked the very first time I used it. Its amazing! Oh and they are only available in salons.
By the way do try Pantene products. They are totally awesome!

As a natural treatment, eat lots of protein rich foods to strengthen hair. The egg or Mayo masks never                              worked for me unfortunately so I’d say don’t waste your time on that. But eating protein rich foods really worked on my weak hair.

  • For Short Hair: I recommend coconut oil treatments. This oil helps my hair to grow faster. To be honest, my hair grows FASTER than an average person. And I noticed, those people who used coconut oil in my family (my mum and my granny), always had long beautiful hair compared to anyone else. So warm up the oil and apply it at least once a week. By the way, the coconut oil is cheaper in Asian or Indian stores than anywhere else.
You can also mix castor oil and coconut oil for fine and short hair. Let me know what you think. Take Care.

DIY: Preventing White Heads

Hey guys! I haven’t blogged a post for a while because I had exams and I did so bad in some subjects 🙁
Oh well, lets get on the point. So this is my personal experience and so far it has worked the best.
I was reading skincare by Selena Gomez and there she mentioned it is really important to use toners and that’s where I got the idea of preventing white heads so thanks to her. I never gave importance to toners but now I REALLY do recommend everyone to use it.

My skin is naturally oily so I really need to slow down the production of sebum. Sebum is the main cause of white heads. People with dry skin can use it too because this natural toner doesn’t dry out your skin as long as you use a moisturiser with it too.

All you need is:
Pure Organic Rosewater
I use Atlantic Aromatics Rosewater Spray from Health Store.

Rosewater is a natural skin toner. It doesn’t dry out your skin AND it prevents sebum production. Now that’s really amazing because the toners in drug stores can really dry out your skin and strip the moisture off, which is worse.

After washing your face, use a cotton ball to apply toner and wait for 2 mins to let it soak in your skin. Then apply your moisturiser and you are ready to go.

Now I don’t get clogged pores with sebum and I don’t need to use those nose strips as well.
This also helps in preventing acne as it stops the excess sebum production.
I have only used it for like a week and I can already see the huge difference.

Let me know about your experience guys. Take Care.

DIY: 2 in 1 Facial Mask for Acne Prone Skin

Nowadays I hear this a lot “I never get time” or “I barely get time to sit down myself” and so on… If you are one of these people who doesn’t have time at all you should definitely try this mask. I use it every other day to cleanse, moisturise and prevent the acne. Well my acne is GONE now so thank god. But I also want to help you guys out and let you know how I got rid of it…

All you need is:

1 tsp Yoghurt
  • I am sure these are in your kitchen.
  • Now for oily acne skin, use very low fat yoghurt.
  • For dry acne skin, use full fat or at least with 10% fat yoghurt.

1 tsp Honey
  • Then wash your face with warm water so it can open up the pores.
  • And finally, mix the ingredients and apply on your face. I apply it with a brush but you can do it anyway you want.
And 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • Please check before hand if you are allergic to cinnamon or not by testing a small amount on the back of your hand
Personal Experience:
  • This mask doesn’t dry out my skin in winter.
  • It got rid of those small acne on my face and it prevents them too.
  • My skin has that healthy glow now.

DIY: Get The Flawless Skin Like Models

I have read lots of magazines and articles that said “If you want flawless spot-free skin then try not to drink milk.” So I experimented it. I haven’t drank milk for 2 weeks now.

Personal Experience:
I was AMAZED by the difference it made on my skin. I mean my skin has never looked so flawless before. My friends, parents and even neighbours noticed it. You might be thinking I am over exaggerating it by saying neighbours. But its true.
I went for shopping today and I saw my neighbour there too. As soon as she saw me.. she asked “Krishna, your skin looks amazing what did you do?” and I was just like OMG she actually noticed it. I was really shocked.
So basically, I experienced THAT much difference only by avoiding milk.
Well milk is really good for your health so make sure you eat something else to make up for nutrients you get from milk. And that is what I do now. Try eating more beans or fish because protein is really good for your hair and nails.
Let me know your experience 🙂 Take Care.

DIY: Hair Loss Cure and Regrowth of Lost Hair (2 in 1)

For this you don’t have to buy anything or use any type of ingredients. All you need your two hands. Are you surprised??

Well don’t be because it very effective and you can do it anywhere any time.
So I am guessing we all have nails right?

All you do is rub your nails together back and forth.
There are nerve endings below the nails that are connected to your scalp. Rubbing nails increases blood circulation in your scalp and so it reduces hair loss.
It also makes your hair grow faster and brings your damaged broken hair back.
Do this everyday for atleast 2 mins and see the difference in about 2 weeks. You need to be patient though 🙂

DIY: Make those pores invisible

This trick doesn’t make them go away completely but it definitely makes them smaller temporarily.

All you need is:
    1. Aloe Vera Gel

    2. Any moisturiser of your choice

I use an Indian moisturiser Vicco Turmeric Cream. It makes my skin tone lighter.

  • So after you take a shower/wash your face, take the aloe vera gel and apply it as a moisturizer.
  • It tightens your skin and pores as well making them appear smaller.
  • Then take your moisturiser and apply it on after 2 mins so the aloe gel soaks in well. After 2 more mins you will notice your pores looking smaller.
  • You can then apply make up too.
  • Its the best tip I have personally experienced.

You guys should definitely try it out and aloe gel also keeps your skin even toned. It prevents acne and basically its REALLY good for your skin.

Let me know your experience 🙂 Take Care.

DIY: Air Freshner

Its so much fun making these kind of products at home and especially when you have all the things at home.

Well for this DIY all you need is:
1) A container that look something like these…
2) Any essential oil you prefer.
3) Baking soda.
4) And a foil.
Directions:-
Fill 1/4 of the your container with baking soda.
Then pour about 8 drops of essential oil you chose.
Cover the top of your container with a foil and make some holes in it so the fragrance can evaporate and spread its smell in your room.
Have fun making it 🙂 And let me know if you tried and liked it. Take Care.

P.S I got this idea from the website Pinterest as I have also recommended previously. Its totally amazing!!
