The thing about packing lunches is that.. I get lazy and then it becomes a last min thing where I just can’t get my shit together. And sometimes I get bored of packing the same type of lunch everyday. So I was looking through easy and quick vegan recipes and I thought why not share it with you guys.
So I thought putting together 5 lunch ideas to pack for school or work would be perfect for the 5 working days. I think I’ve mentioned the time when I damaged my hair up to a point where it felt like straw.. No seriously though! It was a horror. But thankfully I recovered the damage which took me YEARS by the way. And now that I’ve recovered them I don’t want to damage them ever again… BUT I still want to style them with heat whenever I want.
Now ‘heat styling’ and ‘no damage’ is like complete opposite terms but I figured a way out. So good news for you guys because I am going to share my secrets that I’ve learnt over the years and ones that no one ever mentions for some reason.. It got me thinking am I the only one who’s been through this?
Anyway after years of trial and error I came up with this routine for super sleek straightened hair and I’ve been doing it for at least 4-5 months now and I haven’t seen any damage. So I hope this helps and please read the description bar for more details <3

When we think of keeping our belly flat.. it automatically triggers a thought that we have to put a ton of effort and time into it.. but its not true and I am the perfect example in this situation.
I personally don’t like putting a ton of effort and time into keeping my belly flat because this is something we have to be consistent with and time + effort + consistency into something I am not passionate about is… very hard. So I figured out a way of getting a flat belly without too much effort and its 100% effective. And I thought why not share some of my secrets so I put up a video on my channel..
