I have recently bought Emile Noel’s Organic Virgin Sesame oil because it is organic and cold-pressed.

I have been using it to in my hair by massaging it in my scalp and applying it to my hair once every week.
I also tried the ‘oil pulling’ method I talked about earlier to whiten my teeth because I have heard it worked out for so many people and some even said that the oil pulling improved their skin conditions.
But as I said I only bought this recently so I can’t really tell you how well it worked for me but I will do a post about it in future to update you guys.

If you want to include it in your diet, cook your food with sesame oil instead. Or you can add some of its seeds on your bread. You can even look up some recipes online to make an everyday snack from its seeds.
My mum usually includes sesame seeds in our daily Indian cuisine so I don’t need to make special snacks of them.

The athletes were crowned with its leaves to honour them. They applied olive oil on their skin to protect it against sun damage.The barrier of oil also kept the dirt from clogging their pores.

  • The leaves of olive trees were crushed to make a facial paste or mask for skin. It helped the young women relieve their skin from spots and acne.

  • The Greek women preferred to have pale skin and rosy cheeks.They discovered the bleaching and anti-bacterial properties of honey. So they mixed honey with olive oil and applied this on their skin.They used this mixture as a body wash and facial mask/cleanser.This made their complexion fairer and kept their skin acne-free and smooth.
  • Lemons and the spell of Sun were used to lighten the hair colour. They applied some lemon juice in their hair and walked around in the gardens so the sunlight can fall on their tresses and make the hair lighter.
  • Vinegar was also used to lighten the hair in the same way as lemons.

  • Back then an herbal infused bath was like a spa treatment. The Greeks collected various leaves of plants and dried them. They infused these dried leaves in a thermal bath along with some minerals like sea salt. Athletes especially were fond of these baths to nourish and loosen up the joints and muscles.
  • Greeks considered roses as the “queen of flowers“. They used its oil and water to soothe and nourish dry skin.

  • Seaweed was widely used as a facial mask back then. They ground it up with water to make a paste and applied it on their skin for a radiant glow.

  • To create a lip and cheek stain, the women crushed some mulberries and mixed it with some flowers and seaweed. It sounds odd but it worked out for them! It gave them that rosy flush to their cheeks and a subtle pink tint to their lips. Its like applying Benefit’s Cheek stain..

DIY: 100% Natural Toner for Sensitive, Acne-Prone Skin

Drugstore Toners can be really harmful on skin since they contain alcohols which irritate sensitive or acne-prone skin.
And who wants to spend tons of money on High-end toners when you can make it at home and is much more effective.

This type of skin especially in summer days can get inflamed when you spend a lot of time outdoors. What you need is a homemade, refreshing toner to calm your skin from the heat.

Your skin will look so radiant and it will help soothe the inflamed acne.
It is also really good for sunburns and while you’re tanning on a beach, you can just spray it all over yourself to cool down.

Besides it smells really good too 😉 You’ll thank me when you meet a hot guy on the beach!!

All You Need is:
Rose Water
Lavender Essential Oil
 

  • Take 40-50ml of Rose water and transfer it into a spray bottle.
  • Add in 13-15 drops of Lavender Essential oil and shake the bottle to mix it up.
  • Remember to shake the bottle before spraying!

And that’s it… 2 ingredient and 3 steps. It’s so easy to make yet so effective for summers.

I have always heard celebrities and models talking about meditation which they practice on a regular basis such as Hugh Jackman, Miranda Kerr, Jennifer Aniston etc… and when you ask them why… their most common answers would be “to stay looking younger” or “for healthy glowing skin” or “healthy body” etc…

In this post I will tell you what meditation does for our physical appearance and how it does that.

Meditation for Skin & Youth:

Our skin is one of the most visible expression of beauty. It is the largest organ of the body and it needs to be nourished from the inside first. Today’s over-the-counter skin care products only offer the temporary solution to “fix” our skin from the outside.

A recent most popular topic in weight loss is about “Mindful Eating.” Basically it is when we give our full attention to what we are eating. Tasting each and every bite, appreciating the food and enjoying the array of flavours. It’s like you are eating and meditating at the same time. Now THAT is what I call an epic benefit because I LOVE eating food. Although I am not trying to lose weight but imagine eating all kinds of food and not putting on weight at all. I mean… that’s a miracle ALL women wish for at least a hundred times in their life. Ladies this is a jackpot!!!

Mindful eating causes the hormone Cortisol to decrease. This hormone literally ruins people’s life by causing obesity and pre-diabetes. It makes us crave all that junk food that we stuff somewhere we can’t reach but we still eat it in the end.

Yogis have been claiming all these benefits of meditation for thousands of year and it is still very popular in the East. However not many people in the West are familiar with it. So let’s see what science has to say about the benefits of meditation.

Science Behind Meditation:

A scientist from the University of California, Elizabeth Blackburn, says that meditation is just another word for an “immortality enzyme.” She says that 12 minutes of daily meditation for 8 weeks will increase the Telomerase Activity by 43% which reverses the aging process.

A recent discovery has been found by scientists from the Harvard University that meditation has the ability to change the cells at DNA level. So the next time you say “oh you’re good at it because you’ve got the genes” give it a second thought because we can have those same genes as well!



Telomeres are found at the end of our DNA. The longer the telomeres, the better-protected our DNA will be and the longer our cells will live. So they compared the telomere length of 15 experienced meditators to 22 non-meditators and found that the meditators had longer telomeres. The increase in DNA protection + the longevity of our cells = Beautiful life filled with Youth.

There are thousands of scientific reports trying to prove meditation and its benefit but I am not going to give too many details and the big scienc-y words that no one can understand because it is LOOOONG! All I can tell you is that for more information go to Google dot com 🙂

But I do hope I have give you a little insight of meditation. You don’t have to be a pro on the first day. You can work your way up by doing at least 15 mins every day.
I have been doing Yoga for 2 years now but I have only been doing meditation for a week now. I will continue it of course because I already feel really good after practicing it everyday.

If you want to learn how to meditate I recommend you an amazing book called Healing with Meditation by Doriel Hall. It’s a short and straight-forward book especially good for beginners like me. You can of course use Internet to learn but this book explains everything from A-Z really well.

DIY: Natural Oil Cleansing Method (OCM) for Acne/Blackheads/Whiteheads

I have recently discovered this hyped-up cleansing routine from many beauty bloggers and YouTube-rs. I read about a lot of women who suffered from severe acne and after using this routine their skin became completely clear.

My first thought was that if it has worked for everyone… it has to be some kind of miraculous-witchy-joo-joo-potion because I have never heard of something that works on everyone. 

So of course I had to try it out first and do a review about it. In this post I will tell you everything from what it is to my personal experience.

Don’t worry if you have oily skin because this method is for all skin types. I have read about people with dry, combination and oily skin and it worked out for all of them.
The only people who didn’t get positive results from this method were the ones who didn’t know their skin type in the first place and didn’t use the method properly.

What is OCM and What’s The Hype About?
It is basically a cleansing method using all natural plant oils. It is a known fact in chemistry that “like dissolves like.” So if we want to “dissolve” all the sebum and unwanted oils in our skin that causes acne, we have to combat them with other natural oils.

People also ask that “is it going to block my pores?”
Well the answer to that is a definite NO because most oils are non-comedogenic. Their molecules are bonded in a way that doesn’t clog our pores. Of course not all oils are non-comedogenic but most are and those are the ones we will be using in OCM.
Here is the list of oils that are clogging and non-clogging for our skin.

What Do I Need?

You need a minimum of 2 types of plant oils.
The main oil that has to be included in this oil-fusion is Castor Oil.
The other is called a carrier oil. You can use either Almond oil, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Hazelnut Oil or Grape-seed oil. These are the common ones. I will list more later in the post.

Sometimes I also mix a few drops of Lavender Essential Oil because it is super soothing, calming and it smells so good.

Whichever oils you choose, please make sure they are all 100% natural or organic and they should be cold pressed because these labels make sure the oils are still packed with nutrients. When the oils are not cold-pressed that means they have lost many nutrients in the process of extracting them from the plants. This will only cause less effective results on your skin. So please make sure you read all the labels on each product.

I use:
Pukka Castor Oil  &  Atlantic Aromatics Avocado Oil

How Do I Make This Work For Me?

First and most important you need to know your exact skin type.
What I did to find out my skin type was, I first washed my faced with some facial wash and warm water. Then I waited around for 15 mins without applying anything at all on my face. Now after 15 mins, ask yourself the following questions… not out loud obviously unless you want to act cray-cray 🙂

How does your skin feel?
Is it tight or plumpy?
Does it feel like it’s dehydrated or just normal?
Do you get oily on your whole face or just the T-Zone after a few hours?
Where do you feel dry and where do you feel it’s oily?

After asking all those questions you should be able to figure out your skin type.
Now onto the next step which is choosing your carrier oil for the skin type you have. Below is the list of carrier oils you can choose. You can pick 2 carrier oils if you have oily AND acne skin type or anything like that.

Sensitive:
Rice bran, grapeseed, apricot kernel, jojoba, safflower, sunflower, sweet almond, calendula, sea buckthorn, emu oil, mineral oil (purest grade), camellia oil.
Dry:
Extra virgin olive oil, macadamia, corn, avocado, sesame, sunflower, wheat germ, shea oil, sweet almond, emu oil, camellia oil.
Oily:
Grape-seed, jojoba, hazelnut, safflower, peach kernel, rice bran.

Acne:
Neem, jojoba, grape-seed, rice bran, apricot seed, hazelnut, peach kernel, sweet almond, sunflower, safflower, walnut, rose-hip.

Normal:
Sunflower, canola, sweet almond, olive, safflower, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, camellia oil, mineral oil (purest grade).

Mature:
Rosehip, borage, carrot, sweet almond, olive, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, emu oil, red raspberry, camellia oil.


You can add 1 drop of Lavender or Tea Tree Essential Oil.

Now lets get to the fun part which is blending our secret formula 🙂

Oily Skin: 30% Castor Oil to 70% Carrier Oil.
Normal/Combination Skin: 20% Castor Oil to 80% Carrier Oil.
Dry Skin: 10% Castor Oil to 90% Carrier Oil.
  1. After blending your unique formula in your palms, rub it together to warm it up.
  2. Massage it in your skin for 3-5 mins. If you have makeup on, don’t worry the oils will remove all your makeup even if it is waterproof. So it will act as a cleanser and make-up remover at the same time.
  3. As you are massaging, breathe in the sweet smell of the essential oils and close your eyes to let your mind drift away. This for me, kills the time and makes the routine worth it. I like to close my eyes and imagine myself waking up with perfectly flawless skin and being grateful for everything I have in my life. Check out How Visualization Helps to Manifest Anything You Want for more info. Let your mind drift away in the fairy and unicorn land if that’s your thing.
  4. After massaging it in, take a washcloth and run it under hot water. Wring it out and place it on your face covering all areas. We will use this to steam our face. Do this 3 times at least. This step pulls out all the dirt and oil from the pores that have been clogged in our skin. You will actually feel the pores getting unclogged if you pay very close attention.
  5. Gently wipe away the excess oil from your face with the washcloth. Do NOT wash your face with water or soap. Just use the washcloth to wipe away and don’t worry if you feel there is still some oil left behind. It should be like that anyway.
  6. If you have dry skin and your skin feels tight just use a little oil blend and pat it on your damp skin.

You should repeat the OCM twice a week if you have dry skin or combination skin. But if you have oily or normal skin you should repeat it every other day. The YouTube-rs I learnt OCM from is Vita and her channel is called VitaLivesFree. Just Type OCM in her search bar and all the videos will come up to help you understand it more.
I love her especially because she uses all natural and organic products for skin, hair, body etc… So definitely check out her channel because I have used a lot of her tips and tricks which I can guarantee has worked wonders.

I also love watching CloudyApples because she is an amazing beauty guru who gives really great tips on natural body care, health care, skin care and hair care. Here is her OCM Video: Oil Cleansing for Blackheads and Pimples.
After hearing a lot of other YouTube-rs raving about OCM I researched a lot into this to give you guys some tips and tricks 🙂

How Was Your Personal Experience With OCM?


I made a few mistakes which delayed the results to be noticed on my skin.
First mistake was that I thought I had oily skin because my skin used to produce a lot of oil. But that was only because my skin was actually dry and to make it up, my skin was producing a lot of oils. I figured it out when one day out of the blue… I started thinking that whenever I wash my face my skin feels really tight so that obviously means I have dry skin and the only reason my face gets shiny is because I need to hydrate it properly.
So after that moment-of-discovery (which I felt like why didn’t I think of this earlier) I used the oil blend for dry skin.

And then I started noticing results. My acne was gone but I wanted to improve the texture of my skin. Now I can confidently say that my skin is super smooth, hydrated, plump-y and radiant. I don’t hesitate to go out without makeup… like EVER!!!
Because my skin is normal now, I use the method every other day and my skin just gets better and better 🙂

DIY: 6 Ways to Banish Oily Skin Naturally

Hey Girls! Hope you are all having a beautiful spring weekend 🙂
I have always been blessed with oily skin *sarcasm* so I feel y’all who have it too. 
BUT one thing I like is that the girls with oily skin will definitely look younger than they are in their olden days because their skin will be nourished with sebum. Whereas dry skin will may cause early wrinkles.
So I found this video on YouTube from Tracy Raftl and she used to be an “acne sufferer” so she has some REALLY amazing videos on her channel all about skin and natural beauty. 
She is so inspiring and I can totally relate to her in some ways.

Acne Can Be Caused by the Absence of Acid Mantle of Our Skin

Did you know that we have a protective layer on our skin that kills harmful bacteria and prevents acne? Well we do… That is why babies have the most beautiful skin because they have that protective layer in a good condition. We call that layer Acid Mantle!

But of course if you have been using products that are not natural and strip away our skin, the chances are that acid mantle is long gone. But not to worry because we can restore it with a super amazing skin care regime. Read more to find out…

What exactly is Acid Mantle in Scientific Terms?

So according to Wikipedia the perfect definition is: The acid mantle is a very fine, slightly acidic film on the surface of the skin acting as a barrier to bacteria, viruses and other potential contaminants that might penetrate the skin.

The natural pH of our outer skin should be between 4.5 and 6 so basically our skin should be slightly acidic. Now you might be wondering if that is even safe for our skin or not. Well it turns out that this is the safest for our skin.

This pH keeps the good bacteria alive on our skin. These good bacteria kill the bad ones (the ones that cause acne I hate them) by producing lactic acid. If we remove the acid mantle, the good bacteria dies and so there is nothing left to kill the bad ones. These bad boys then give us acne, allergies, rashes and many other skin conditions.

The face washes and moisturizers we use everyday are on the alkaline (opposite of acidic) side on pH scale. So these chemicals and cosmetics are the main cause of destroying our acid mantle. So in fact when we feel all squeaky clean while washing face with a soap… the reality is you are striping away a protective layer that invites the bad bacteria to cause acne and pimples. Even the products that claim they are “pH balanced” are full of crap… literally because they still contain alcohols, parabens etc…

“If the acid mantle is not intact,” says dermatologist Macrene Alexiades-Armenakas, MD, PhD, “this can predispose skin to inflammation and enzymatic activity that can, in turn, speed aging.”

How Can I Restore My Acid Mantle?

I use ACV (apply cider vinegar) as a skin toner. It is slightly acidic and has amaaaazing skin benefits. It’s really good for acne prone skin, it fights the bad bacteria and of course adjusts our pH i.e. restores acid mantle.

  • Take 1tsp of ACV and mix it with 2tsp of water to dilute it.
  • With a cotton pad apply this mixture on your skin after removing makeup and cleansing skin.

But when buying ACV be extremely careful because it has to be organic and raw. Only then I find the results are effective. Also make sure it includes the “mother” because it contains many nutrients and minerals.
The best brands for ACV are Bragg and Biona.
If you find any other brand that claims the same “good stuff” as the two brands above then you can use that one too.

I also have started using soap on once in a day. Before I used soap twice a day on my face. Now I am thinking not to use it at all because I have a really good cleansing/toning routine that I won’t need soap at all.

It gets rid of all the oils and dirt. It balances the pH of my skin. It takes off my makeup really well. It keeps my skin smooth and supple and flawless. What else do we girls need, right?

DIY: 100% Natural Anti-bacterial Cleanser & Toner for Acne-prone Skin and Scars

Acne is caused by bacteria and getting rid of them should be an important step in our skin care regimen. However, we don’t usually give it a thought and we just use any cleanser that is popular out in the market. Those cleansers actually increase the pH of our skin which provides the perfect environment for bacteria to grow.

Our skin’s natural pH should be slightly acidic. Because when it is acidic, only the good kind of bacteria that help our skin can stay on our skin. And when it is alkaline (all commercial soaps and cleansers are alkaline), the good bacteria die and the bad ones remain on our skin which we don’t want. This pH is called our Skin’s Acid Mantle. I will do a detailed blog post on this later so keep your eye on for that…

Fun Fact: In 1928, Schade and Marchionini suggested that the function of the low pH film was to protect the skin from microbes, and coined the term ‘acid mantle’ to describe it.

DIY Cleanser All You Need is:
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Greek Yoghurt
1/2 tsp Olive Oil / Almond Oil / Avocado Oil (only oil can dissolve oils like sebum) 
1 drop of Lavender Essential Oil (optional)

  1. Whatever ingredients you buy make sure they are organic or at least 100% natural without any preservatives because this will give you more effective results.
  2. You can use any of the oils mentioned above even if you have oily skin. Don’t be afraid to use oils on your face because only oils can dissolve oils like sebum/blackheads/whiteheads. Trust me this won’t break you out.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and apply it on your skin.
  4. Massage it in your skin for at least 3-5 mins. This step is very important because as you are massaging you are increasing the blood flow in your skin and this in return will help absorb max amount of nutrients in your skin.
  5. Take a wash cloth / face cloth. Dampen it with hot water and wring it out. Put the cloth on your face while it is warm. This will steam your skin and loosen up all the dirt. The cleanser will pull this dirt out and cleanse your face deeply. Using the same cloth wipe away the cleanser.
  6. DO NOT wash your face off with soap because this won’t give you any results. You can just splash some cold water to cool off your skin and dab off the water with a clean towel.

You can also do this when you are wearing makeup because this cleanser actually takes away ALL the makeup even from deep down the pores. I have tried it many times and I know how well it works. Honey is anti-microbial / anti-bacterial. It targets scars as well.
Yogurt provides the good bacteria which helps our skin a lot and it is nourishing + cleansing + exfoliating (chemically). It also diminishes scars.
The oils act as moisturizers and they dissolve the dirt out of our skin.
The Lavender EO soothes and calms the inflaming acne. It also reduces stress which is also a cause of acne.

DIY Toner All You Need:
3 tsp Cold Water
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
1 Cotton Pad

  1. Personally I prefer the Bragg and Biona brands for ACV because these brands are organic and they also add the “mother” in ACV which is natural and provides some awesome nutrients.
  2. So the ratio of ACV to water should always be 1:3 because ACV is too strong for our skin so we need to dilute it.
  3. Soak a cotton pad in the mixture and apply it gently on your skin.

This toner will make your skin’s pH acidic which is the natural pH of our skin. It will zap the blemishes and will also help fade away the scars.

Personal Experience:

I had a lot of stress going last week because of a hell lot of work from college. So the next morning I woke up with a some pimples on my face. Naturally I freaked out a little but then I opened my fridge and BOOM… I made the cleanser and toner because I just wanted to experiment and those were the only ingredients in my fridge I could put on my face.

So I only tried this twice on my face and I saw a HUGE difference already. I was SUPER happy of the results. My pimples were gone and my scars were fading away faster than the normal rate. My skin was almost like I-am-a-model-and-I-always-have-gorgeous-skin type.


I am definitely adding this cleanser and toner to my routine but only 2 or 3 times a week because my skin stays pretty clear now so I don’t need it too frequently.

However if you get acne regularly you should do this every second day and I assure you that you WILL get the results.

How to Use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to Heal the Emotional Pains of Acne


This article has really opened a whole new world to me. I never knew such a thing even existed until now. 
I just discovered it today and I was so excited about it that I shared it with you guys the next second. 

Stress is one of the major reasons of acne. And if have acne but are still thinking that no way I am stressful… the chances are you are most likely under stress. Try this technique and find it out yourself. You have nothing to lose anyway… because it completely free 🙂

Well you are about to take a lot in so just along with it first…

Humans have always wanted to achieve what they desire but didn’t know where to start or thought it was too much effort or money.

Our brains have evolved in such a way over millions of years that today, we can materialize anything we want. So let’s say you wanted clear, beautiful skin (this is a beauty blog after all). You can achieve this with your one and only Mind i.e your thoughts. And it is not some mumbo jumbo because then I would have never done this post since people wouldn’t believe it and say it’s crap! It is proved by the Quantum Physics!

The greatest people in the world have used this method to achieve what they want including Einstein, Aristotle, Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, Hitler and many more…

The Science behind it:

Some people call it law of attraction or power of thoughts or spirituality and the science calls it Quantum Physics. I will try to make it sense to you (wish me luck).

The Quantum physics says that nothing (no matter) is real in terms of its “solidity” and permanence. Everything changes in constant motion. Whatever we see in this physical world is just patterns of energy in form of waves. This energy changes when it is observed by a conscious energy (i.e a person). Our consciousness effects physical world i.e. our mind effects the matter.
So what happens is when we have a thought, we are sending frequencies to the outer world which we call the Universe. These frequencies go out and gets “attracted” to similar frequencies and hence creating it into reality.

According to Dr. Taylor (Ph.D author of Decoding the Law of Attraction), to put the thought into action so it can become reality, you must visualize or envision what you want. These visions set up frequencies to get a response from the Universe to create reality. And when we are visualizing, we must feel the emotions of happiness, excitement etc.. that we would have if we had things we wanted. These feelings trigger the frequencies.

This is why we should monitor our thoughts and keep the ones we prefer. These thoughts when combined with images and feelings and focused on triggers the frequencies that will attract similar frequencies of Universe and create reality.
It took me a lot of researching, hair-pulling and over-reading to actually understand the science behind it. But it makes sense to me now.

Did I ever try it and Did it work?
Yes actually I have tried it so many times and most of the times it worked.

I tried it for my driver’s licence, my final exams in 12th grade and when I needed some money (and trying on some things now as well)
For my 12th grade exams I got an average of 83% which was shocking to me because I NEVER got anything above 75%. So I am very grateful for that.

Personal Story:
When I was younger, I always wanted to be more attractive physically and personality wise. But I was full of insecurities and my first few high school years weren’t the typical fun and out going days. There were some people who made me feel very bad so as I grew up I wanted to change how I feel about myself. I wanted to make myself stronger so I can deal with those kinda people and I wanted to feel beautiful inside-out. 

And when I discovered this whole world of creating your own reality I cried first… literally because I realized there was hope for me that I can change my life for good and it will be in my hands. So I followed these steps and it was a pretty enlightening journey. I learnt a lot along the way. 

I honestly can say that I am a very different person now than I was a year ago. When I look in the mirror I do feel that I am beautiful because I never point out my flaws and feel in-secured. And not being vain but even some of my friends noticed there was something about me that changed and they always tell me I look pretty or something. I have been proposed by so many guys which would be impossible to even think during my first few years in high school. When I changed how I thought about myself positively, I noticed so many differences like: my skin has cleared up completely, my eyes are brighter and healthier… I don’t even need to style my hair and I get more compliments on my natural hair… my body feels energetic and my metabolism is amazing even if I eat junk food (only sometimes) I don’t gain any weight. 

I have read so many stories of people who followed this “law of attraction” and changed their lives.
Some people:

  • cured obesity and cancer 
  • became models/celebrities
  • became rich and wealthy
  • achieved their dreams 
  • found their life partners
  • changed their eye colour.. or nose shape.. or shape of their bodies
  • travelled the world
  • won lotteries etc…

How Exactly does this Law work:
I suggest you read books or watch movies on it to learn it in more detail but here I will tell you some basic things that worked for me.Lets say you want clear, beautiful skin…

1) Positive thoughts/ Affirmations: even if your skin is filled with acne, find something… anything… that’s positive like: I am healing my skin and it is healthy. Say this to yourself out-loud (when no one is around or else you will look cray-cray) or say it while looking at yourself in the mirror. Don’t just say it once and then go back to negatives… say it or at least think about it as many times you can. This will help build up that positive frequency.

2) Visualize and Feel: Be creative with this. As children we used to have crazy imaginations but as we grew up we thought it was childish and stupid. But one of the greatest man on Earth ALWAYS said “Logic will get you from A to Z; imagination will get you everywhere” ~ Einstein. So imagine whatever you want. In this case imagine you are with your friends or just outside and you feel so confident in your own skin that people come up to you and give you compliments. You can draw or paint whatever you want. You can do anything to increase your imagination power. When you are visualizing you have to feel what it would be like to have that beautiful clear skin. Ask yourself how would I feel if I had this or that and then heighten those feelings. This will trigger the frequencies you produced in the first step to go out into the Universe and attract similar frequencies.


3) Giving: Always have the giving nature that every human has. If you want more money then you have to give money first. Give it to charity or something. Have you ever heard “what you sow is what you reap” or the word karma…? Well this is the whole point. You need to give something first in able to receive. You can’t be like… oh I will give when I get first because that’s where you fail. You have to prove that you are worthy of the thing you are asking for. So if you want clear skin then compliment someone. It doesn’t have to be physical giving. It could be prayers, gifts, compliments… anything in your power. 

4) Believe: You need to get rid of the doubts like: but how is this going to work… or it’s impossible to get this/that. Just believe that it will work anyhow. Sounds soo cheesy but don’t think of the how’s and when’s because they will be the stepping stones and will produce doubts. Whenever you get a doubt stop yourself and then think of those positive thoughts and tell yourself to just go with the flow.

History of Law of Attraction:

This knowledge actually existed waaaay back then in the ancient times. We know this because it has been mentioned in the Gita (Hindu Bible), Quran, Bible, Judaism and many more religious books. But it was lost when the wars came and when people started claiming lands to banish the native religions. For a long time after that this knowledge was discovered again but people didn’t believe in it. They thought it was just some crap that doesn’t work in the practical world.

Then when the science proved it people started to take it seriously and here we are now.
Now I am starting to think I believe the religious juju things more than the science. Does that make me the only one crazy? I hope not…

Books and Movies about Law of Attraction:

My Favourite one is The Power and The Hero. They are books (later was made into a movie) by Rhonda Byrne. Here she talks about this law in more detail and I recommend EVERYONE to read it because it will be your life changing decision. And no I am not promoting her books. She also published many other books on the same subject.

There is a whole movie made on law of attraction called The Secret by the same author. You can watch it on YouTube. HERE is a link of the movie. The movie is the same as the book Power but it is more interesting to watch sometimes. The book is more detailed though.

I also love all the books by Louisse L. Hay especially Power is Within You. Louisse was diagnosed with cancer and she had a very difficult past. She used this knowledge to heal herself and set herself free from her past. Her story is really inspiring and it helped me through my difficult times too.
