If I’d known these drinks before.. I would have drank my way to weight loss. I’ve only recently realized the SIGNIFICANT roles of detox drinks and teas when it comes to losing weight. Pineapple juice contains tons of the enzyme called Bromelain which helps metabolize food. They even make Bromelain supplements to help lose weight. However I always recommend getting the nutrition as naturally as possible. So I don’t recommend the carton juice as well.

There’s nothing better and effective than fresh juice squeezed from an actual fruit. You can add it in smoothies or you can eat a few slices of pineapple every day.
